I said it before: the Millenium MPS-450 is 100% my favorite e-drum kit for beginners. If you are looking for a reliable electronic drum kit and don't want to spend a fortune, the MPS-450 is the perfect choice.

First of all, this rack is super stable, much more stable than the competition. Alesis Nitro Max. The steel rack has two horizontal tubes, so the kit hardly wobbles or shifts during playing.

Additionally, the kit features a 10″ snare, which is much more comfortable to play than a smaller snare. The other toms are also mesh heads. Furthermore, the kick drum is suitable for double bass, something that is more difficult with the Nitro Max.
